People, and all their infinite differences, fascinate and inspire me. My goal is to capture an individual's essential character in a beautiful yet honest way - creating unique images with emotion and impact that will last a lifetime. This is not easy to do, yet something that I have a reputation for achieving because I take the time to get to know you. It is essential that my shoots are relaxed and real, in a setting that allows you to feel comfortable and be yourself. My style is best suited to natural light and outdoor spaces and we will work together to choose the right location. This may mean starting at home before exploring the local fields, woods and parks or might even mean a drive to the coast.

Whether I have been asked to photograph a pregnant lady or a family of six my approach is the same. I ask you to put aside at least 2 hours on a day that is convenient for you. Before the shoot I would like you to think about possible locations at your home or nearby that are special to you - parks, woodlands or the tree house in your garden. I'll also ask you to consider what you want to wear and to have a few options prepared. When I arrive I like to have a cup of tea, get to know the individuals better and look at your location and outfit ideas. Then, when we are feeling relaxed and ready, we will spend about an hour having some fun.

I'm passionate about what I do. And passionate about giving you something totally individual. I do not work to a formula but let each shoot evolve naturally. I'll do my very best to provide a great experience, fantastic service and photography that looks and feels like art.

And I have two kids. That's really important. I understand them and I like them, most of the time….
